夏休み初日の2024年7月20日（土）小学生を含めた「FPV体験ゼミ01期」を開講しました。

「ライセンスを取得しないとドローンを飛ばせない」という誤った認識を持ち、ドローンを始めるのにハードルを感じていた方々や、これまで費用の問題でドローンに触れる機会が得られなかった中学生や高校生などに向け、ドローンに触れる機会を創ることも「手軽にドローンが始められる技能証明書不要の”ゼミ”」の目的です。入学前に入校金や受講料を一括して支払い、長期間の開講時間を確保するのではなく、自身の習熟度や各自のゴールに合わせて気軽に参加できるよう、あえて”スクール”ではなく”ゼミ”という名称で、❶ FPVドローン体験ゼミ ❷ FPVドローン製作ゼミ ❸ FPVドローン操縦ゼミの3ステップで、FPVドローンの製作･操縦･空撮が段階的に学べる構成になっています。

On Saturday, July 20, 2024, the first day of summer vacation, we held the “FPV hands-on seminar 01” including elementary school students.

The seminar was aimed at people who had a misconception that they could not fly a drone without a license, and who felt it was a hurdle to start flying drones, as well as junior high and high school students who had not had the opportunity to try drones due to cost issues. The purpose of the “seminar,” which does not require a certificate of proficiency, is to provide an opportunity for junior high and high school students and others who have not had the opportunity to experience drones due to cost. The name “seminar” is intended to allow students to easily participate according to their level of proficiency and their own goals, instead of paying an entrance fee and course fees in one lump sum before enrollment, and ensuring a long course time. The program consists of three steps: ❶ FPV drone experience seminar ❷ FPV drone production seminar ❸ FPV drone operation seminar, allowing students to learn FPV drone production, operation, and aerial photography step by step.

ドローン大学校、伊藤忠商事株式会社（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長COO：石井 敬太）、株式会社竹山（本社：北海道札幌市、代表取締役社長：土田 拓也）、AIR WINGS合同会社（本社：東京都江戸川区、代表社員：林 賢太）が協力し、ドローンによって北海道・内浦湾を横断し、医療機器を輸送する実証実験を実施しました。この内浦湾をドローンが横断することは本邦初となりました。
日本では、2022年12月の改正航空法によりレベル4（有人地帯における目視外飛行）が解禁され、ドローンの活用領域が大きく拡大しています。また、医療機器はその性質から、輸送にあたって緊急性及び定時性の両方が求められる一方で、その物流を担うインフラ及び輸送人員の維持、並びに離島・山間・ BCP対応での安定供給が課題となっています。ドローンによって、全自動かつ高速で医療機器を搬送することは、このような社会課題に大きく寄与する可能性を秘めています。
今回の実証実験は、株式会社竹山（本社：北海道札幌市、代表取締役社長：土田 拓也、以下「竹山」）、一般社団法人ドローン大学校（本社：東京都港区、代表理事：名倉 真悟、以下「ドローン大学校」）を共同実施者、AIR WINGS合同会社（本社：東京都江戸川区、代表社員：林 賢太、以下「AIR WINGS」）を協力企業とした共同実験として実施しました。実験内容としては、伊藤忠商事が2022年3月に資本業務提携・販売代理店契約を締結したドイツのWingcopter GmbH社製のeVTOL型ドローン「W198」を使い、竹山が提供する急性期脳梗塞血栓回収に用いる医療機器等を輸送しました。また、室蘭市潮見公園（イタンキ浜）から茅部郡森町（森漁協）まで、陸路だと2時間以上かかる距離を、内浦湾を空路で横断することで、最短約28分で輸送することができました。

In addition, the distance from Shiomi Park in Muroran City (Itanki Beach) to Mori Town in Kayabe County (Mori Fisheries Cooperative Association), which would have taken more than two hours by land, was transported in as little as 28 minutes by crossing Uchiura Bay by air.

2024年6月5日〜7日、今年も一年に一度のドローンの祭典”JAPAN DRONE 2024”が開催されドローン大学校は恒例の入場口付近の定位置へブースを出展しました。
今年は、ドローンを使った新たなスポーツ”DRONE 3X3″の体験ブースと、修了生の皆さんのビジネスをご紹介する2ブースの出展を行いました。
そして、多くの方にご来場いただき、特に神主の修了生が立上げた無人航空機神社「入見神社（ https://irumijinjya.jp ）」のお守りが、バズっていました！

Drone College exhibited a booth at “JAPAN DRONE 2024,” a once-a-year drone festival.

The “JAPAN DRONE 2024”, an annual drone festival, was held from June 5 to 7, 2024, and Drone College exhibited a booth at a fixed location near the entrance as is customary.
This year, we had two booths: one to experience the new drone-based sport “DRONE 3X3” and the other to introduce the businesses of our graduates.
Many visitors came to the booth, especially the “Irimi-jinja Shrine (https://irumijinjya.jp),” an unmanned aerial vehicle shrine established by the alumni who are Shinto priests, and the good luck charms were a hit!

毎年Japna Droneの会期初日に合わせて開催している「ドローン大学校大同窓会」を今年も2024年6月5日（水）に、HUB幕張本郷店を貸切って開催しました。仙台･新潟･東京･名古屋･大阪･広島･博多の各キャンパス修了生が100名以上集い、今年も賑やかな開催となりました！

2023年にドローン大学校修了生で結成し設立した株式会社全空警が、愛知県蒲郡市に続き、愛知県長久手市と「災害時における無人航空機による情報収集等に関する協定」を締結しました。愛知県長久手市は愛知県の尾張地域に位置する名古屋市のベッドタウンで、長久手市の北東に隣接する瀬戸市と共に、2005年日本国際博覧会（愛知万博）の開催地であり、日本初の実用的な磁気浮上式鉄道であるリニモが運行されている未来型都市です。2008年5月1日に推計人口が5万人を突破したことに伴い、2012年1月4日に愛知郡長久手町が市制施行し、2022年11月1日には「スタジオジブリ（ジブリ社）の世界を表現した公園」ジブリパークが開設され日本中から注目を集めた土地です。大きな災害は少ないものの人口は増加傾向にあり、防災安全に意識の高い市です。

Ltd., formed and established by Drone College graduates in 2023, has concluded an “Agreement on Information Gathering by Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in the Event of a Disaster” with Nagakute City, Aichi Prefecture, following the signing of an agreement with Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture. Nagakute City, Aichi Prefecture, is located in the Owari region of Aichi Prefecture and is a bedroom town of Nagoya City. The city of Nagakute-cho, Aichi County, was incorporated as a city on January 4, 2012, and on November 1, 2022, Ghibli Park, “a park representing the world of Studio Ghibli (Ghibli Inc.),” was opened, attracting attention from all over Japan. Although there have been few major disasters, the city’s population is on the rise, and the city is highly conscious of disaster prevention and safety.

ドローン大学院生で、回転翼航空機（マルチローター）一等無人航空機操縦士技能証明学科試験および実地（基本）修了審査合格者を対象に夜間･目視外講習&修了審査を千葉県で開催しました。残念ながら全員が目視外審査･夜間審査に合格することができませんでしたが、2日間全身全霊で練習･審査に臨まれ悔いのない2日間となりました。合格された皆さま、限定変更審査に合格おめでとうございます。

A nighttime out-of-sight training course and final examination was held in Chiba Prefecture for those who passed the academic examination and practical (basic) examination for the first class unmanned aircraft pilot certificate for rotary-wing aircraft (multirotor). Unfortunately, not all of the participants were able to pass the night and visual examinations, but they put their all into their training and examinations over the two days and left with no regrets. Congratulations to everyone who passed the limited change assessment.

災害時の情報収集にドローンを活用しようと、愛知県蒲郡市は2023年11月22日、ドローン大学校修了生らで構成する株式会社全空警（ぜんくうけい）と災害協定を結びました。同社から操縦士を派遣し、上空から被害状況を把握することによって、速やかな救助や被災者支援につなげることを目指します。また、河川の氾濫時には上空からドローンで撮影して中継したり、大地震による地形の変化を把握したりできる。さらに、今後は、水や簡易トイレといった支援物資の輸送にも役立てます。

On November 22, 2023, Gamagori City in Aichi Prefecture signed a disaster agreement with Zenkukei Corporation, a group of graduates of Drone College, to use drones to gather information in times of disaster. The company will dispatch pilots to assess the damage from the sky, with the aim of promptly rescuing and assisting victims of the disaster. In addition, the drone can take pictures and relay information from the sky in the event of river flooding, and can assess changes in the topography caused by a major earthquake. Furthermore, in the future, the system will also be used to transport relief supplies such as water and simple toilets.

2023年10月6日（金）ドローン大学院生らで構成する「株式会社全空警」が、株式会社USENの商品の代理店となったことを機会に、同社本社を訪問し、防犯カメラや配膳ロボットなどの開発〜販売に関わるお話を伺いました。

同日後半は「株式会社 全空警 第2号警備新任講習」も行いました。8月19日〜20日に神戸で開催した「第1号警備新任講習修了生」に限り、今回の第2号警備新任講習を受講することで、第1号警備に加え第2号警備の警備員として業務が行えるようになりました。

「株式会社 全空警」というビジネスのステージが生まれたことで、みなさん連帯感が高まり、今後の展開が楽しみになる講習になりました。講義後は、受講生のみなさんが集い懇親会を開催し、全国から集った参加者が活発な情報交換をおこないました。次に集う時には「良い経過連絡を行う」ことを誓い、終日におよぶイベントを締めくくりました。

ドローン大学校修了生らで構成する SkyFarm®︎（スカイファーム）さんが、実証試験を実施しました。 約4ヶ月間の実証期間を経て、徳島県の名産「木頭ゆず」を対象に、徳島県並びに全農徳島さんとともに行い結果は良好のようで、その様子を NHK徳島で報道されました。 SkyFarm®︎（スカイファーム）さんは、 これからも徳島県の柑橘栽培に貢献して行かれるそうです。

After a four-month demonstration period, they conducted the test with Tokushima Prefecture and Zen-Noh Tokushima for “Kiuto Yuzu,” a specialty of Tokushima Prefecture, with good results, which were reported on NHK Tokushima.
