今回のご出演は、ドローン大学校の講師でもあり、株式会社マクサスプロダクツの代表取締役でもある藤田 剛 氏です。ドローン大学校修了生であるご自身が、それまで15年続けてこられた動画編集のスキルを講師として活かされ、また、学んだドローンのスキルを動画制作事業にも活かされています。

1912年のアメリカ、アナポリス海兵士官学校の修了式から始まっとされるハット トス（Hat Toss）。本来は士官学校で使っていた候補生用の帽子が、士官用の帽子に変わるため、必要がなくなった帽子を思い切り投げることで、士官学校からの開放感や達成感を、修了生が表現したことから始まったそうです。
 
ドローン大学校も同様にレベルの高い学科終了検定と実技終了検定に合格した修了生だけが味わえる開放感や達成感があるのでしょう。
 
Completion ceremony of drone college finished with Hat Toss
Hat Toss is said to start from the completion ceremony of the Annapolis Sea Soldier Academy in 1912. The graduates expressed a sense of freedom and achievement from the academy by throwing away the hats that were no longer needed because the hats for candidates that were originally used at the academy changed to hats for officers. It seems that it started from that.
 
Drone University will also have a sense of openness and achievement that can only be enjoyed by graduates who have passed the high-level subject completion test and practical skill completion test.

2017年8月度も多くの修了生がドローン大学校を巣立って行きました。すでに活発にドローンによる空撮を始められている方も多く将来が楽しみです。また修了特別講義では、JUIDA（一般社団法人日本UAS産業振興協議会）と、デジタルハリウッド主催のドローンを使った空撮コンテスト”ドローンムービーコンテスト2017″に於いグランプリを受賞された佐々木光洋先生を講師に、撮影された空撮動画を素材に「空撮動画を制作する際の心得」をご指導していただきました。

ドローン大学校が撮影を担当させていただいた、立教大学のドローン空撮動画が、先日YouTubeの学校法人立教学院の公式チャンネルにアップロードされました。関係各所の許可･承認を頂くことでき、都心部に立地する立教大学のシンボルである1919年落成の東京都選定歴史的建造物「モリス館」をも空撮することができました。立教大学の各位の皆さま、お世話になりました。
