「空からの支援」を、机上の空論で終わらせないために。日本BCP株式会社 × ドローン大学院 「能登半島･ドローン災害視察」を実施！

2025年12月27日（土）〜28日（日）に、我々は石川県･能登半島にいました。 事業継続計画（BCP）のプロフェッショナルである「日本BCP株式会社」との連携により実現した、1泊2日の災害視察プロジェクト。 その目的は被災地の「今」を確かめ、ドローンというテクノロジーが災害時に真に果たすべき役割を、現場の空気の中で模索することにありました。

視察当日は、日本BCP株式会社の防災士･本郷 和宏 様にフルアテンドいただきました。ニュース映像やデータだけでは決して分からない、現地の地形、復興の現状、そして被災された方々の想い。防災の最前線を知り尽くした本郷様からの生きた指導を通じ、参加メンバーは「災害現場でドローンパイロットに何ができるのか？」という問いと深く向き合いました。

がれきの残る現場や、復興へ向かう街並みを前にして得た気づきは、教室では得られない貴重な財産となりました。 今回の視察で得た知見と教訓は、今後のドローン大学院におけるカリキュラムや、具体的な災害支援活動のプロトコル策定へと繋げてまいります。

我々はこれからも、技術を磨くだけでなく、その技術を「誰かのために」使える人材の育成に取り組んでいきます。

Japan BCP Co., Ltd. × Drone University Graduate School Drone Disaster Inspection @ Noto Peninsula, Ishikawa Prefecture

On December 27 (Sat) – 28 (Sun), 2025, we were on the Noto Peninsula in Ishikawa Prefecture. This two-day, one-night disaster inspection project was realized through collaboration with Japan BCP Co., Ltd., professionals in Business Continuity Planning (BCP). Its purpose was to verify the “current state” of the disaster-affected area and to explore, within the atmosphere of the site, the true role that drone technology should fulfill during disasters.

On the inspection days, we were fully accompanied by Mr. Kazuhiro Hongo, a Disaster Prevention Specialist from Japan BCP Co., Ltd. Through his firsthand guidance, participants deeply engaged with the question, “What can drone pilots do at disaster sites?” They gained insights into the local terrain, the current state of recovery, and the feelings of those affected – aspects impossible to grasp solely through news footage or data.

The insights gained while facing sites still littered with debris and streets moving toward recovery became invaluable assets impossible to obtain in a classroom. The knowledge and lessons learned from this inspection will be applied to developing future curricula for the Drone Graduate School and establishing concrete protocols for disaster support activities.

We will continue not only to hone our technology but also to cultivate individuals who can use that technology “for the benefit of others.”

2023年06月に、ドローン大学校修了生らで設立した「兵庫県公安委員会認定警備会社 株式会社 全空警」が、設立二周年を迎えました。過去に新人教育または現任教育を受講され、全空警スタッフの登録をされた、ドローン大学校修了生に対し、現任教育講習会（学科）を開催しました。

また後半は、災害時に使用する石油燃料の専属備蓄配送契約を主なサービスとする「日本BCP株式会社の防災士 本郷 和宏 様」を講師にお迎えし、災害時の運搬や今後のドローン運搬についての可能性などをご講演いただきました。

本講義は、ドローン大学校修了生らが、株式会社 全空警を通して、日本BCP株式会社のドローン運搬業務をご支援させていただくことを前提としたイベントでしたので、講義後の懇親会では、今後のアクションプランを協議し、来春の能登地震被災地におけるドローンによる燃料物資空輸の実証実験に向け準備を進めることになりました。

Zenkuukei Co., Ltd. × Japan BCP Co., Ltd. Conducted In-Service Training Seminar (Academic) & Drone Disaster Response Transport Seminar.

In June 2023, Zenkuukei Co., Ltd., a Hyogo Prefectural Public Safety Commission-certified security company established by graduates of the Drone University, celebrated its second anniversary. We held an in-service training seminar (academic portion) for graduates of the Drone University who had previously taken new employee training or in-service training and were registered as Zenkuukei staff.

In the latter half, we welcomed Mr. Kazuhiro Hongo, a Disaster Prevention Specialist from Nippon BCP Co., Ltd., whose primary service is exclusive storage and delivery contracts for petroleum fuel used during disasters, as a lecturer. He gave a presentation on transport during disasters and the future potential of drone transport.

This lecture was an event premised on graduates of the Drone University supporting Japan BCP Co., Ltd.’s drone transport operations through Zenkuukei Co., Ltd. Consequently, during the networking session following the lecture, participants discussed future action plans and decided to proceed with preparations for a proof-of-concept experiment next spring involving drone-based aerial transport of fuel and supplies to areas affected by the Noto earthquake.

ドローン大学校の修了生で構成する「ドローン大学院」が、2025年8月30日（土）〜 9月7日（日）までの9日間「オースティン（アメリカ テキサス州）＆ラスベガス空飛ぶクルマ（LIFT Aircraft）試乗 & COMMERCIAL UAV EXPO見学ツアー」を開催しました。

今回のツアーの1つ目の目的は、大阪･関西万博でのデモフライトで話題になったLIFT Aircraftの一人乗り空飛ぶクルマに搭乗することでした。

アメリカ国内では、ライセンス不要のULP（ウルトラ ライト プレーン）に該当する機体なので、航空機ライセンス（事業用･自家用共）などの資格がなくとも適法で飛行（操縦）できます。

飛行する前に、まずは英語による座学を受け、次に実機同サイズのシミュレーターにて訓練を行った上で、実機で飛行（操縦）しました。アメリカ国内では、本機は Part 103 対象機体で、GCSで地上から操縦することは違法行為に該当するため、操作は全てパイロット本人が機上で行います。

公式に日本人でこの機体に搭乗したのは、GMOインターネットグループの熊谷正寿CEOだけかも知れませんので、我々は日本人では2人目のようでした。

今回のツアーの2つ目の目的は、、9月2日（火）〜 4日（木）にラスベガスで開催された「COMMERCIAL UAV EXPO（EXHIBIT HALL）」の見学でした。

トランプ大統領の指示により公開されたPar 108のPublic Comment受付期間中の開催で、アメリカ国内のドローン業界が大きな変革期を迎えたことを肌で感じました。

また空き時間で、Grand Canyon 観光や、高さ366フィート（約112メートル）の世界最大のLED球体型シアター”Sphere”での映像も体験しました。

Austin (Texas, USA) & Las Vegas Flying Car (LIFT Aircraft) Pilot Training & COMMERCIAL UAV EXPO Inspection Tour Held.

The “Drone Graduate School,” composed of graduates from the Drone University, held a 9-day “Austin (Texas, USA) & Las Vegas Flying Car (LIFT Aircraft) Test Ride & COMMERCIAL UAV EXPO Tour” from Saturday, August 30, 2025, to Sunday, September 7, 2025.

The primary goal of this tour was to experience LIFT Aircraft’s single-seat flying car, which gained attention during its demonstration flight at the Osaka-Kansai Expo.

In the United States, this aircraft qualifies as an ULP (Ultralight Plane), meaning it can be flown legally without requiring an aircraft license (commercial or private).

Before flying, participants first received classroom instruction in English, then trained on a full-scale simulator before flying the actual aircraft. In the U.S., this aircraft falls under Part 103 regulations. Controlling it via a Ground Control Station (GCS) from the ground is illegal, so all operations must be performed by the pilot onboard.

Officially, Masatoshi Kumagai, CEO of GMO Internet Group, may be the only Japanese person to have flown this aircraft, making us likely the second Japanese individuals to do so.

The second objective of this tour was visiting the “COMMERCIAL UAV EXPO (EXHIBIT HALL)” held in Las Vegas from Tuesday, September 2nd to Thursday, September 4th.

Held during the public comment period for Part 108, which was opened following President Trump’s directive, we could tangibly feel that the U.S. drone industry was entering a period of significant transformation.

In our free time, we also toured the Grand Canyon and experienced the visuals at the “Sphere,” the world’s largest LED spherical theater, standing 366 feet (approximately 112 meters) tall.

2025年7月19日（土）に、博多駅前で、ドローン大学校修了生コミュニティ「ドローン大学院」が、無料で使え、誰でも簡単にデザインができるオンラインツール「Canva（キャンバ）」の利用方法を、Apple公式カスタマーサポート担当者が講師となって解説するワークショップ「Canva & Mac ユーザーサポート ワークショップ」を開催しました。

「短時間で動画編集をしたい」、「動画用サムネイルを作りたい」、「営業効果の高いパワポ・名刺を作りたい」というドローン大学院生が広島・四国・九州から集まってくださいました。

ワークショップ後半には、Apple公式カスタマーサポート担当者として、Macユーザー向けに、MacBook、iPad、iPhoneの機種選択・購入時期・使い方に関してお話いただきました。

ワークショップ後は、博多で話題の「博多炉端魚男（ https://sakanaotoko.com ）」で、ベリーダンスを鑑賞しながら美味しいお刺身としゃぶしゃぶ（お肉）を頂きました。

受講いただいた皆さんにご満足いただけたようなので、今後は他地方でも開催したいと考えています。

第10回 Japan Drone 2025 初日の2025年6月4日（水）17:30からは、ドローン大学校 年間最大イベント「ドローン大学校 大同窓会」が “HUB海浜幕張店”を全面貸切り盛大に開催されました。

名倉理事長の「全員、群れろ！」の号令で乾杯を交わし、飲み放題･食べ放題の宴会がスタートしました。今回は、仙台･新潟･東京･名古屋･大阪･広島･博多の各キャンパスから総勢約120名と過去最高人数のドローン大学校修了生 ＆ ご家族 & 同僚が集結しました。

1年ぶりの再会を喜ぶ方も、日常業務を通して日々顔を合わせている方も、ドローンビジネスのお話に華を咲かせていました。

最後は、名倉理事長の「来年もこの場所で再会するぞ！」の掛け声と共に、3時間の賑やかな大同窓会を閉幕しました。

第10回 Japan Drone 2025 初日の2025年6月4日（水）9:00 – 17:00に、プレナ幕張6階イオンコンパス幕張会議室にて、ドローン大学院イベント「第2回 FAA（Federal Aviation Administration）N-number取得&TRUST（The Recreational UAS Safety Test）取得&B4UFLY 取得･習得セミナー」を開催しました。

2021年10月2日に広島市で開催した同名セミナーから3年半が経過し、第2回をJAPAN DRONE 2025に合わせ開催することとなりました。

米国内でレジャーとしてドローンを飛行させる場合は、「N-number」という機体認証と、TRUSTというライセンス（技能証明）を取得しなければなりません。

最近ではコロナが終息し、ハワイやグアムなどにドローン持参で旅行したいとお考えの方も増えていますし、ドローンビジネスの営業ツールにも使えると云う理由から、大勢の受講者を迎えることができました。

With the recent demise of Corona, more and more people are interested in traveling to Hawaii and Guam with their drones, and we have been able to welcome a large number of participants because they can use drones as a sales tool for their drone business.

2025年5月にリリースされた「instagram Edits」を使った縦動画制作セミナーを、ドローン大学院イベントとして2025年5月5月18日（日曜日） に名古屋駅前にて開催しました。

今回リリースされた「instagram Edits」は、smart phoneやipad だけで、動画の撮影〜編集〜投稿ができる便利なapplicationです。「縦動画市場」に参入する最高のtimingということで、多くの参加者が全国からが集まってくれました。

2024年3月から2025年2月まで月間1回のペースで開講してきた「名倉理事長のビジネススタートアップゼミ」第2期の最終講義合宿＆修了式が開催され、、本ゼミ受講生8名が全国から集まりました。
前期昨年同様に東京都内で2日間に渡り、ゼミ生が各自一年の実績を報告し合い、また来期に向けた事業計画（ビジネスプラン）の報告を行いました。
また「起業家支援コンサル 金丸 裕佑さん」をゲスト講師として、「5分間ビジネスピッチ」を行い、最優秀賞を発表しました。
2日間の熱い議論の交換が終わり、3月から始まる「名倉理事長のスタートアップゼミ3期」で、再会することを誓い合い、最終講義合宿＆修了式を締め括りました。

ドローン大学校修了生らで構成するドローン大学院が、BASF JAPAN社の協力を得て「BASFジャパン × ドローン大学院 ザルビオフィールドマネージャーによるスマートアグリ（農業）ハイブリットセミナー」を2025年1月12日（日）に開催しました。
ザルビオフィールドマネージャー（xarvio® FIELD MANAGER）は、JA全農とBASF社が共同で開発した、作物や品種、気象情報、人工衛星画像などのデータを解析し、最適な栽培管理を提案するアプリケーションです。
主な機能には、① 生育ステージ予測（品種や播種日（移植日）などを入力すると、AIが地域の気象条件などを解析し、生育ステージの推移を予測）、② 最適な防除を支援（水稲や大豆の病害発生リスクや雑草種、耕種条件を予測し、適切な防除時期や散布時期、耕起のタイミングなどを提案）、③ 衛星画像で生育状況を把握（衛星画像を自動で取得して解析し、圃場ごとの生育量（バイオマス）を算出）があり、パソコンやスマートフォンから利用できます。
さらに、ザルビオフィールドマネージャー（xarvio® FIELD MANAGER）で得た情報をDJIやNTT e – drone technologyの機体にセットするだけで自動飛行による空中散布が可能になります。
今回は、ザルビオフィールドマネージャー担当者のBASFジャパン株式会社 池町 健太 氏を講師に迎え、ザルビオフィールドマネージャー×ドローンによるスマートアグリ（農業）のセミナーを東京都中央区のBASFジャパン株式会社にて開催しました。また、ZOOMによるLIVE中継も行いました。
また、セミナー終了後はドローン大学院新年会を兼ねて「ドローン大学院×BASF JAPAN社 懇親新年会」も開催いたしました。

BASF Japan x Drone Graduate School Hosts Smart Agri (Agriculture) Hybrid Seminar by Zarubio Field Manager

The Drone Graduate School, comprised of graduates of the Drone College, held the “BASF Japan x Drone Graduate School Smart Agri (Agriculture) Hybrid Seminar with Xarvio Field Manager” on Sunday, January 12, 2025, in cooperation with BASF Japan.
xarvio® FIELD MANAGER, jointly developed by JA Zen-Noh and BASF, is an application that analyzes data on crops, varieties, weather information, and satellite images to propose optimal cultivation management.
The main functions include: (1) growth stage prediction (enter the variety, sowing date (transplant date), etc., and the AI will analyze local weather conditions and predict the transition of growth stages), (2) support for optimal pest control (predict disease risk, weed species, and tillage conditions for rice and soybeans, and suggest appropriate pest control timing, spraying timing, tillage timing, etc.), and (3) satellite images for optimal management. (2) Assessing growth conditions using satellite images (automatically acquires and analyzes satellite images and calculates the amount of growth (biomass) for each field), which can be used from a PC or smartphone.
Furthermore, simply by setting the information obtained by xarvio® FIELD MANAGER on a DJI or NTT e – drone technology aircraft, aerial spraying by automatic flight becomes possible.
This seminar on Smart Agriculture with xarvio® FIELD MANAGER and drones was held at BASF Japan K.K. in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, with Mr. Kenta Ikemachi, the person in charge of xarvio® FIELD MANAGER from BASF Japan, as the lecturer. The seminar was also broadcast live via ZOOM.
After the seminar, a “Drone Graduate School x BASF Japan New Year’s Party” was held in conjunction with the Drone Graduate School New Year’s Party.
